French Bastille day cooking class with Marguerite - Boston area

That fun class will take place on July 14th 2012 in Lowell.
Class from 5.30pm to 8pm
Dinner to follow
This is a BYOW event (Bring your own wine)

On the menu:
Cold cantaloupe soup with its prosciutto garnish,
Pork “roulades”,stuffed with hazelnuts and cheese, cooked in a white wine sauce,
Raspberries tartlets.

Directions to the class will be sent upon reception of your payment.
